The Visibility Diagnostic

The free reading tells you your temperature and the three heaviest things helping and hurting it. The Visibility Diagnostic tells you why that number is what it is, across the whole site rather than one page, with a specific remedy for every failure and an order to do them in.

Two things separate them, and neither is a paywall around information you already have.

The first is scope. A thermometer reads one page. Most visibility problems are not on the page you would think to test, because the page you would think to test is the one somebody already looked after. The pages quietly costing you are the ones nobody has opened in two years.

The second is the remedy. The free reading names the problem and stops, on purpose. Knowing that your answer-first paragraph is 19 words short is only half a sentence; the other half is what to write instead and whether it is worth doing before the three other things on the list.

What you actually get

  1. The number, explained. Not "you scored 62" but which signals cost you the 38, what each one is worth, and what it would take to get them back.
  2. Every page ranked. Most sites have a handful of pages holding the average down and nobody knows which. The diagnostic names them.
  3. Crawlability and indexing. What is blocked, what is duplicated, what is orphaned, and what is quietly telling search engines to ignore it.
  4. AI retrieval. Which answer engines can reach the site, what they can extract when they get there, and where the content is invisible because it renders in the browser.
  5. Content and entity gaps. Where the site is being read as an anonymous block of text rather than as a thing with a publisher, an author and a reputation.
  6. A prioritised list. In order, with the cheap wins separated from the structural work, so it can be handed straight to whoever does the building.

What it costs

Between 19 and 49 dollars for a single-site diagnostic, depending on how many pages it covers. You get the number before you get an invoice, and if the honest answer is that the free reading already told you the one thing that matters, you will be told that instead of sold a report.

Larger sites, multi-domain estates and anything that needs a person rather than a document get quoted separately. Ask below and say roughly how big it is.

Ask for one

A person reads every one of these. Your email is used to reply to you and to send the report. Nothing else. See what is stored and for how long.

If the answer is "rebuild it"

Sometimes the diagnostic finds a problem a report cannot fix, because the site is built in a way that makes the content invisible no matter what is written into it. When that is the answer, you get told plainly and pointed at what treatment looks like rather than sold a second document.
